The hospitality at this place is absolutely mind-blowing. Bobby, the host, went above and beyond to make sure I had an incredible experience. He helped me plan my trip and even provided contact details for scooter rental. Exploring the area on the scooter was super fun, especially Galle fort with its local markets and Dutch hospital building full of amazing restaurants. The older chap who greeted us was friendly and helpful, and the younger son gave great recommendations for bus times and a wonderful hostel in Negombo. The Wi-Fi was initially good, the breakfast was basic but delicious with dhal included upon request. The AC room was spacious and had a warm shower with excellent water pressure. The lounge area with the kitchen and fridge was a nice addition. The place is located away from busy roads, so it's quiet for a good night's sleep. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and Galle fort, beaches, and restaurants are easily accessible by tuk-tuk or scooter. Bobby is always available on WhatsApp to help with anything, including scooter, transfer, or laundry. If you're into yoga, Sri Yoga Shala is close by and offers world-class classes. this place is super amazing and definitely worth a visit. Complete with a friendly host, great amenities, and a convenient location.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with the train station just a stone's throw away. Guests have mentioned that it's easy to get to the beach either by Tuktuk or by taking a pleasant 30-minute walk. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and hot water in the bathrooms. the staff, particularly Bobby, is highly praised for their helpfulness and hospitality. Guests have mentioned that Bobby goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even providing itinerary suggestions for exploring the area.
One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast. While some guests have enjoyed the breakfast provided, others have mentioned receiving a simple pastry and a banana, which may not be satisfying for everyone.

I recently stayed at Villa Out Of Rupeace for 5 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Bobby, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent hospitality. He even helped me plan my trip and recommended a friend who rented scooters, allowing me to explore the area easily. The location is great, with Galle fort just a short scooter ride away. The fort has local markets and the Dutch hospital building with amazing restaurants like 'A minute by tuktuk' and 'Hammock cafe' where you can dine in a hammock!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at a place in Sri Lanka that was close to the beach. the host at Villa Out Of Rupeace was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They even acted as a knowledgeable tour guide during our stay. the dorm room was spacious, and amenities like hot water and high-speed WiFi were available. the breakfast was delicious, featuring local bread, curry, and fruits. the owner and his father were both very helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. We will definitely return when we visit Galle again!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even organized a moped for us to explore the area easily. the rooms were cleaned meticulously and we had hot water all the time, which was a great bonus. the location was a bit far from town and the beaches, but it wasn't a problem as the moped made it easy to get around.
The breakfast was not up to par. It was quite ordinary and we even found hairs in it, which was quite off-putting.
